SHIPPING

Upon receiving your order, the Squatch Bikes team will carefully pack your items in an appropriate sized, USPS Priority Mailing box and should have it on it's way to you within 24 hours. Should an item be found out of stock, we will contact you, and replace the item with another item of your choosing or refund your money.

A typical USPS Priority Mail package arrive within 2-3 business days, when shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Domestic shipping options are through USPS and UPS. The price is calculated at checkout, and is based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping address.

International shipping costs would be on an order by order basis, communicated via email, phone or messaging.

We are open to shipping via the customer's preferred shipping method, but at the cost of the customer.

We also have In-store pickup options, with no additional cost to the customer.

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card.  You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

All bike purchases and bike deposits are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
