You can call us with questions during business hours at (828) 877-2453 or stop by the shop to talk to our professional staff.

Please note: 

Squatch Bikes is closed on Saturday, but we still want to get you on a bike that day! 

To rent for a Saturday only, please set your rental time for the previous Friday at 5:30 pm and a return time of the following Sunday at 9:00 am. 

Also, please create a note, inside the rental, sharing that your intention is for a Saturday only rental.

If there are extenuating circumstances, please call the shop and we will make accommodating arrangements.

• Single day rentals begin at shop opening hour and all bikes are to be returned one hour before shop closing for the one day rate.
• Bikes returned late will be charged an additional late fee.
• Overnight rentals can be arranged with an additional $35 overnight fee.
• All bike rentals require waivers signed during reservation.
• All individuals within each party must sign individual waivers.
• Individuals under 21 years of age will be required a second signature.
• Valid ID and credit or debit card are required at time of rental.
• Any and all damage to bikes is the responsibility of person or persons renting.
• Rentals canceled 3 days prior to reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of rental cost).

Did You Fall in Love?

If you rent a bike and decide that you can’t live without it, we’ll gladly put your rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike. Take home a new bicycle within 30 days of your bike rental and we’ll credit you up to one week’s worth of rental fees!
